What’s covered?
Professional Liability insurance is also known as Errors & Omissions or E&O insurance. The policy is designed to protect an insured person or organization from the financial loss they incur when sued by a third party(ies) due to alleged negligence or malfeasance in the rendering of a professional service or the omission of such a service.
Who needs it?
Even though professionals always try to do their best for their clients, mistakes do happen. If you hold a license or give someone a professional advice, most likely you will need a Professional Liability Insurance
Optional Coverage
You may want to purchase General Liability or Business Owner’s Policy covering your business and your property against claims that may arise from accidents (as when someone trips and falls on your business’s property) or when you sell a product that damages the customer’s property or you are accused of offenses such as slander, copyright or invasion of privacy
Additional Information for Submission
In order to provide you with the right coverage we will need the resumes of all the business principals, detailed description of the business and possibly a copy of a contract between your company and your clients
Professional Liability Questionnaire
Medical and Non-Medical
